How can I get a hold of a real person?
Just call us at 800-900-9372. If you don't reach a live person, one will call you within an hour (usually) if it's during our normal office hours (8:30 to 4:30).
How can I ask specific questions?

Just write your request in detail (when, where, how, what, why etc) and e-mail to gary@socalinsurance.com.
How do I order a "Certificate of Insurance"
Click the "Customer Service" button on the home page and follow the menu.
What is a "waiver of subrogation"?
This is a request from someone you do business with (a 3rd party) asking your insurance carrier to "waive" their right to seek indemnification for losses they suffer resulting from actions of the 3rd party.
